Currently we are looking for
DISPATCH RESOURCE CONTROL AGENTS
to work on-site with our customer Hewlett-Packard.


Job purpose:

Through a customer support telephone operation system, respond to technical problems on a variety of hardware and software platforms. Oversee compliance with operating procedures and standards. Apply developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communications skills in one of these languages:

- Spanish
- French
- Russian
• Good English language skills
• Advanced PC literacy: Outlook, MS Office, etc.
• Flexibility to work on shifts if required
• Proven ability to be strong team player, and sound leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively as well as be a team player
